“ Lovely little cafe. Homely atmosphere and despite being no chef on the day of our visit we were offered freshly made sandwiches and toasties which were really good. Highly recommended ”

“ We were visiting on a narrowboat, this cafe was 5 minutes walk from where we moored. I think we visited this cafe everyday. The menu has something for everyone. Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, the meaty options also got the thumbs up from from the carnivorous. The coffee is delicious and the cakes yummy! We had breakfast, lunch and coffee and cake during our stay and loved it all. We sat outside with our dogs with cushions to make the seats extra comfy. Emma looked after us fantastically. Nothing was too much trouble, even when she was rushed off her feet busy. There is a great park behind the cafe for walking off all the tasty food. Cannot recommend this cafe highly enough. ”
